
Mike Pearl
Mike has been a professional tour guide since 2012, showing thousands of guests around his home state of Colorado. Ask him about leading tours to Red Rocks Amphitheatre and driving guests to the top of Pikes Peak in a shuttle van. As a member of the Rocky Mountain Guides Association, Mike has served his fellow guides in many capacities: leading FAM tours, chairing the Education and Membership Committees, organizing monthly programs, and sitting on the Board of Directors, most recently as President. As President, he has regularly represented tour guides at Colorado Tourism meetings and events. He received his International Tour Manager Certification from the International Guide Academy.
Mike was a successful public high school classroom teacher for 35 years, where he taught speech, English, Drama, and Theatre. He directed over 100 full-length plays and musicals, coached winning speech and debate teams, and was active in state and national theatre education associations. Mike earned a Ph.D. in theatre education and was selected a “Teacher of the Year.” He is a veteran of the US Army.
Mike and his wife Eileen enjoy travel. They’ve included their two children, and now their families.
